Please Note: If you wish to appoint a proxy, the instrument appointing the proxy (‘Proxy Voting Form’) together with any power of attorney or other authority under which the Proxy Voting Form is signed must be received by the Institute not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the meeting (or any adjourned meeting), except in the case of a poll duly demanded when the Proxy Voting Form must be received not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for the taking of the poll.
