The Independent Ethics Council
The IEC investigates all complaints made against IOT registered Trichologists in the UK, in order to either help resolve a dispute or determine whether there is a ‘case to answer’; in which case the matter will be referred to the registration Council (RC).

Richard Hardy
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (qualified 1976). Works as a commercial property consultant throughout the UK.

Susie Hammond MIT MRSPH
Susie Hammond joined the Philip Kingsley Clinic in 2014, working alongside their founder, Philip Kingsley. Inspired by his immense passion for all things Trichological, Susie went on to study at the Institute of Trichology, graduating with Distinction and winning the prestigious John Firmage Award. With a special interest in scarring alopecia, Susie is passionate about attending seminars and conferences on the latest research into hair and scalp conditions, and developments in treatment.
Pauline Brady
Pauline has over 30 years of professional corporate HR (Human Resources) experience providing expertise to enable people to achieve their best in both their career and personal life. Pauline has achieved professional recognition as a Fellow CIPD, is a Master NLP Practitioner, a qualified Life Coach, a Career Counsellor and qualified Hypnotherapist.
