This is a friendly reminder that your registration with The Institute of Trichologists is due for renewal by 30th June 2025.

Please fill in and submit the renewal form and make your payment here: https://trichologists.org.uk/registration-renewals/

You will also need to submit the following:

• Your current insurance details

• Information Commissioner’s Office registration (as required by UK law).

  You may apply for registration here: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/data-protection-fee/register/. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an application number, and once your application has been accepted, you will receive a reference number. Please submit either your application or reference number on your registration renewal form.

Secure payments can be made using credit or debit card, via the IOT’s Stripe Checkout on the renewal form. Once you have submitted your registration renewal and payment, you will receive a copy of your form and payment receipt via email.

Please ensure that your clinic information on our listings area of the website is up to date, and that you have read and understood our Articles of Association and Code of Professional Practice and Ethics.
